2. What is your return policy?
We take full responsibility for damages occurred in transit. Should you find any problems with your order once you receive it, please contact us immediately. All claims for shortages or damaged goods must be reported to our customer service department at support@TheBraceletShoppe.com within 10 days of receipt of order. Before contacting us be sure to inspect your whole order, as we only accept one claim report per shipment. Merchandise returns for reasons other than our error must be approved and are subject to a 20% handling charge. No claims will be accepted after 30 days from date of invoice.

3. What will freight be? How is it calculated? 

Freight is calculated by weight and volume. Your order has to be packed and weighted in order arrive at an exact freight quote. We will do our best to consolidate your order to minimize freight charges without compromising the safety of the product. We do have multiple warehouses so depending on the product ordered and your location the shipping rates may vary.

4. How long will it take you to process my order?
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours if not the same day. Depending on your location you should receive your order within 3-5 business days, in some cases you may receive your order in just 2 days. All other shipping methods should arrive according to the option selected ONLY IF the order is placed by 1:00pm EST. For any further questions call us at (914) 510-7180.

5. Can I use my own UPS or Fedex Account?
Yes, we will be glad to ship with your freight account. Please contact us to provide us with the information we need.
